My wake up time is more accurate
I like these buckets. I bake a lot of bread, mostly challah on holidays but also pannetone.β It's important to know when my dough has doubled in size, and when I've used the bowl I've never been sure. This is great, I use a rubber band on the outside when I put the dough in for the first time and then I can see clearly when it doubles. They wash well and are durable. I have 3 because that's the maximum amount of bread dough I'll lift at one time.
