TOALLA: Poor Customer Service and Quality

I was eager to try out TOALLA's products because I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and value high-quality cooking and dining essentials. My interactions with the business, however, have been utterly unsatisfactory. First of all, the goods' quality does not match their cost. When I received a set of dinnerware that had appeared lovely on their website, I discovered that the plates were flimsy and easily chipped. Additionally, the utensils were poorly constructed, with sharp edges that were unpleasant to use. I voiced my concerns to TOALLA's customer service, and I received a dismissive and unhelpful answer. They refused to give me a refund or an exchange because their goods were "as advertised," and I was responsible for any damages, they claimed. To add insult to injury, TOALLA's shipment and delivery procedure was a hassle as well. It took weeks for my order to come, and when it did, several items for which I had paid were missing. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone looking for high-quality cooking and dining essentials to purchase TOALLA. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, and their goods are overpriced and poorly constructed. Spend less time and effort shopping elsewhere for superior products and services.
