We've spent more time inspecting the espresso machines than our new home. Anyway, after long flights we decided to do it. It doesn't disappoint. It has been used daily for 1.5 years (or more) and still works. The weekly cleaning does not take long. The machine will prompt you to replace the filter and perform descaling. I descale and lubricate once a month (reminder on the calendar). The only problem is finding suitable oil-free beans (Lavazza Super Crema works great with Amazon). Anything that is too oily needs to be ground separately and placed in the pre-grinding area. Sometimes I wish I could get a model with the milk on the front so I don't have to froth/whip my own milk, but that's just extreme laziness on my part. Great car.
