I had back pain while driving, so I decided to give it a try. The Pro product itself is good, the memory foam lumbar support is good. - Relatively affordable product price. / Quality. Cons: I bought this for my car seat and it was very tight. To keep it intact on the chair I had to stretch the hook to its maximum which was still tight. - Even when it was in place, despite having good support, it pushed my whole body forward which put more pressure on my shoulder area. It may be good, but it was too uncomfortable for me. Since it didn't fit in my car I decided to use it for my office chair but I had the same problem where it was too narrow. So overall the quality is good. but it is difficult to use.
