Review on ⚾ Diamond Kinetics SwingTracker: Enhance Your Baseball & Softball Performance! by William Hunter

I really like this product and would like to rate it a 5. However, there were problems. My dad and I run a baseball/softball school and we have about 100-120 kids who attend weekly. We use this product along with other products for testing, tracking and goal setting for our athletes. This product is great for tracking launch speed, racquet speed, arm speed, time in zone, run distance and some other great metrics. It's also easy to use with multiple players and can be quickly switched from one player to another for team use. The 3D image of the barrel/bat trail is also a great resource. However, I had to return the first sensor I bought as it got stuck in the housing that attaches to the racquet handle. Revain refunded my money without question. This second one doesn't turn on all the time. We're constantly having trouble turning on the sensor and every now and then the sensor doesn't read the swing properly which isn't a big deal but the 3 star rating is because we're having trouble turning on the sensor. I need to call Diamond Kinetics. I'm sure they will fix the problem. All in all, a great product that I would highly recommend for children of all ages (10+).
