Holy Grail. I'm about to order a third one. I looked at myself in the mirror in disbelief after using it for the first time. By the time I was in my 30's I had developed incredibly sensitive skin and over the last two years my skin issues have gone beyond the norm. I was diagnosed with seborrheic dermis and the doctor gave me an INCREDIBLY expensive treatment that worked for three days and then stopped. Then I got badly congested skin with huge pores everywhere, even where I didn't have sebum. Then the sebum led to a discoloration (brown patches) that was barely noticeable most days because the redness (actually orange) dominated the brown. The discoloration alone made me darken the base to try to better match what had spread all over my face. Also, I got itchy and my skin felt uncomfortable all the time. In addition, there were bags under the eyes and my wrinkles were no longer so fine. My skin was congested, pimply and always very red, but also CONSTANTLY flaky and scaly (can't be hidden with makeup which only made it more noticeable). I've spent so much time looking for solutions, hundreds and hundreds of dollars, trying everything and everyone from doctors to expensive products to all-in-one solutions. I literally have a box full of failed products. Nothing worked, and it got to the point where I would be content with just a slight improvement in some symptoms and a reduction in flaking, so I could hope to use heavy makeup without the makeup making the flaky ones drought stressed. After much research, I came to the conclusion that the biggest problem was that my skin barrier could not recover from the sebum because the oiliness of the stagnation kept nourishing the sebum, perpetuating the vicious cycle. I tried a few things that started to solve one problem but caused another. I decided to give another try at repairing the barrier and this came out when I checked. The result was INSTANT. As if my skin had finally found what it was looking for. The redness was gone IMMEDIATELY. That alone would have made me a lifelong customer, but no flaking the next day, no redness, not the softest skin I've ever remembered. Even my fine lines have gotten smaller. For the first few days I couldn't stop touching the softness and staring in disbelief in the mirror. Since the doctor's products worked for days before they stopped working, I held my hopes up and waited a month to convince myself that things were actually getting better. I have since purchased several other products from this one. company too. I couldn't be happier. Sorry for such a long review but this product has transformed my skin. Btw, I agree with other reviews that the dropper isn't quite perfect, but the product is too good to bother with. I have many expensive, overpriced packages of all the products that didn't work. Also, it's white and the texture is like a lotion, so the name of the serum is misleading, but I still use it as a serum.
