Simple but useful for computers and accessories
This is an easy to use screen. Connect your Raspberry Pi to the screen using the I/O pins, then plug in the HDMI connector. At first I was concerned because as others have said I was getting weird vertical lines on the right side of the screen. I was able to fix this by adding the following lines to the end of the /boot/config.txt file. After adding lines and reloading, the video filled the screen and looked great.
