Just not: lip balm

So I fell in love with eucalyptus lip balms and when I saw that they were made by a big brand I had to buy them! I usually use Small Independent Businesses or Rugged & Dapper and they are all great! The first time I applied it, my lips dried SO FAST! It's like I didn't apply anything and instead ran the alcohol swab across my lips a few times without feeling clean. Such a waste of money.
