They arrived quickly and as expected. Pairs easily and works well throughout the day. The next day my wife used it with her phone and when I connected it back to my phone the volume in my left ear was much lower than my right ear. I restarted and repaired both headphones but the problem persists. Looks like they're making a comeback, other than that I love these headphones. (edit) After contacting the company, my broken headphones were promptly replaced. Received new, works as described. Decent sound and headphone range at this price point. No complaints, they sit well in the ears. Added a star for quick service to replace a broken pair.
