How did I live without him?!
Aside from being great for making pizza al taglio, this pan has really kickstarted my focaccia game! Crunchy butt anyone? I also love that it stays pristine every time, whether I put it in the dishwasher or leave it in the sink. Haven't tested it on brownies and sheet cakes/bars yet but I expect good results based on recent experience.
