Review on RezG-Package by Saul Rivera

I am unable to use any other programs except their own and if i was able to use another program i would not use rezg package. They have no customer service and are difficult to deal with. Their product is bad and their salesmen are unprofessional. They dont give any advice to their clients.They are only interested in selling. They have no customer service.Their software is horrible. Their customer service is poor. They have no help desk. Their prices are high. they have terrible support. I had an issue with my server being down and I couldnt fix it myself because there were never any updates made. All they did was make me pay more money than I should've been charged at all and then tell me its my fault when my hosting provider couldn't figure out why my site wasn't loading or something else went wrong after 2 days! No one ever contacted me and I didn't know until hours later and then someone from yeti told me that they didnt want anything to do with this problem because "its your responsibility". After that they said "if you don't like how we handle things here contact yetis" (the person who owns yetis) which i did..but since he's always busy and doesnt answer emails right away.I cant really get anywhere so Im stuck paying them for a month while waiting for him to reply and then if hes even bothered to respond im forced to talk to yetis again! If I dont want to spend anymore time talking to these guys ill just cancel my account with them as soon as possible.
