They work as advertised BUT be very careful if you don't hold them properly and they fall out of your fingers their parts are scattered all over the kitchen. As long as you can find them all (two plastic tips and a feather) you can assemble them all, but that can be a little dangerous. I like them because there's not a damn connection that an unnamed person doesn't want to turn in the right direction.
