I like how you can add multiple people into an event at once so that it makes booking much easier! The customer service could be better as they tend not always reply within 24 hours but have been able solve any issues quickly when we do contact them via their support team in real time - just need more communication from this end of things too (which i think would make life less stressful!).
Also there are some features which aren't very user friendly such sending out emails/updates etc without having first logged back onto our account page with access disabled or something similar? Could also use improving overall look & feel design wise if possible :) We've managed many events through activityengine over past few years now though never had anything negative come up yet!! So far everything has gone smoothly using AMS version 8 both internally between staff members along side customers who book directly vs internal users where tickets go straight thru Ambit / ams systems.
