Great service that keeps people updated across various internal systems and services
The ability to send out alerts through our email system about new documents, information or other resources we need is very useful! It allows us access at all times so there are never any issues with it being down for some reason (which has happened in years past). I wish they would allow more customization options but those features do exist as well - just not available via this program/service yet which can be disappointing sometimes if you'd like something different than what's offered by default when signing up initially. We're solving problems of accessibility within my organization to make sure everyone who needs help doesn't have trouble accessing things because everything isn;t always accessible online due to website limitations & lack of staff knowledge around how certain websites work compared others- especially ones from previous generations where technology was much less advanced back then :).
- The ability for email alerts and notifications to come out to everyone in the organization as an email notification to alert our teams of new documents, resources, or other updates that we may need access to
- Not being able to do more customization options for how it looks once it is setup there are some default templates that we can change but not much else
