Overall, I love Ethique but I was slightly disappointed in this sampler. I’ve broken my review down by each product.1. Orange Creme bodywash bar: This one smelled amazing but since it is a Creme bar it doesn’t lather well and I definitely prefer a nice lather.2. Lime and Ginger body polish: I loved this bar for exfoliating. It smelled great and worked a charm. I probably wouldn’t buy a full sized bar because scrubs are easy to make at home but I was happy it came in the sampler.3. Tea tree body wash: Smells fantastic and no complaints here.4. Lavender deodorant bar: I love the idea of all natural deodorants but their application and effectiveness just generally sucks. This bar is no different. It smells great and goes on fine but I didn’t expect it to do much and I was right.5. Butter block: You know, I was slightly surprised by this one. I don’t like lotion bars for my body because I can’t stand the sensation of moisturizer that doesn’t sink in that well. It occurred to me that it would work great on my kids and it goes. I used it after their baths and it has worked great for them.I bought this sampler along with the face sampler and the hair sampler as a birthday gift to myself. I don’t regret purchasing because I enjoyed trying the products but it was definitely my least favorite of the 3 samplers.
