lamp well assembled. It feels solid, is a good weight and looks just as good as the product photos show. As can be seen from the photos I uploaded, it comes with a universal round rod. This made it easy to install into the electrical box and then allows you to easily aim the light in any orientation you want. I've also included a picture of the included reference guide (but that's standard stuff) and the included mounting hardware. You may need a second person to help you with the installation. One person holds the light while the other person quickly connects the power, neutral, and ground wires, but you can do that yourself if you can find a way to keep the light up while you connect the electrical wires. As you can see from the photos, the electrical wires from the mount are quite long, making these electrical connections easy to make. So why only 4 stars? While I really like this light (and it looks great with Edison style LED bulbs) I find this light a bit more expensive than it is. Of course I willingly paid for it anyway, but I think a fair and better price would be around $40-50 instead of the almost $70 I bought it for. All in all, if you like the look of it, you can't go wrong with it!
