I was excited to receive this product because I was planning on using it on a future trip but upon removing it from the package, I had noticed that the zipper pull on the main compartment was broken. I looked in the bag to see it the missing piece was in there but unfortunately it was not. I'm extremely disappointed. I honestly don't feel it's worth going through the hassle of returning and refunding since it seems that there's no option for a courtesy replacement without returning the original. With the price of gas these days, it will cost me more in the long run to drive into town (I live in a rural area) just to find an ebay return location. I guess I will just have to try to figure out how to fix this myself because otherwise, it well made and feels substantial. The touchscreen is nice and with my thin case, it fits in there but just slightly snug. Guess I better get crafty on fixing the zipper pull.To the seller. please quality check your products before sending them to the people that have spent their money on an item you are selling. We expect to have an ENTIRE item as it was advertised and in operating order.
