I don't usually write reviews but I had to. These filters are NOT the same and DO NOT WORK with crosswave pet pro. At first glance they look the same, but the filter media is stiffer and denser than a true cross-wave filter. My pet worked fine until I used them. Once I used them, the vacuuming became extremely ineffective and most if not all of the dirt was left on my floors. Thinking my cross shaft was broken, I used Bissell and YouTube troubleshooting videos and none of the suggested fixes worked. After going back to the traditional broom and mop for 8 months I finally broke down and bought a new cordless perm as it was the only one left in my local bathroom and beyond. On a whim, I tried the filter from the new Crosswave in my favorite pro and it immediately worked flawlessly again. Real filters are more malleable, have a different texture, and are more porous. These Veva fakes are extremely sturdy and look more like extremely heavy paper material. Unfortunately, there are no bed baths on real filters, and not only, and a little bit. Hopefully they will restock once COVID is over and things are back to normal. Until. Does anyone have any suggestions for a better quality filter that actually works? PS I haven't tried the Veva filters in wireless crosswave as I'm hoping to get them back when my pet works.
