It was great at first. Super affordable and perfect for my commute and city trips. However, after just a week of use, the clamp that holds everything to the bike began to slip. Now when I tighten the knob, it tightens and then spins freely and loosens again. It is obvious that the threads on it have already been torn off. After just one week! I really liked it initially and it held the phone well enough (for road biking. Would definitely not trust for mountain biking). Update: They have been emailing me since I wrote this review, harassing me, telling me to delete it and they will do this or that, but I have to delete it first. This company sucks, don't buy from them.
