The neck is tight fitting, so if you don't like something tight around the neck, don't take it. I love it because it's warm under my uniform and other shirts. I like that the collar is higher. It runs a bit small but I like it as it doesn't show up under my clothes. A good product at a reasonable price. Unusual for women's clothing, which tends to cost twice as much as men's clothing.
