This would not have happened if wipes had been used more than just one dog. This is a compromise with an easy to use container. These wipes soften the eye dirt from the corners of my Yorkie's eyes just enough to wipe gently, and the wipes don't sting the eyes (neither mine nor my dogs). Experience has shown that the customer service is top-notch. These are people who care about dogs and dog owners and are not a big customer service center but real people answering questions. Who knows what all those ingredients are for, I'm no chemist but now review readers know about it without having to buy and isn't that a review for it? I will definitely buy this product again and especially this company.
