I like how it can be used for multiple things, such as emergencies or even just keeping in touch within your organization! It's very easy to use once you get familiarized but if something goes wrong there isn't much support from swift 911 (even though they have great customer service). The software has been updated so many times since we first got switched over which makes troubleshooting sometimes difficult when trying solve issues/problems after hours of working through them ourselves at work where no one else was available other than us techies haha :) We've gotten more information out quicker using this compared our previous method via text messages only being able send about 100 texts per month before now sending up 1000s each day depending upon what type(fire etc)we are responding too.
