Although the curlers came with no instructions, they were fairly basic and easy to use. The material looks/feels cheap (like a yoga mat material on the outside with a flexible wire inside; the end caps were a bit flimsy), but for the most part it was solid and did what it was supposed to do. My hair is 33 cm long and straight. /slim. Since I divided the hair into 6 sections, I only needed 5 sticks. They were large enough to roll up the entire section with room to twist the ends. I mainly used it on dry damp hair and slept with it on all night. It wasn't the most comfortable, but the curls turned out amazing! No heat waves!
