I needed a second camera since I started working from home. I have 3 monitors on my desk and didn't want to leave my laptop open just to use the camera. I used to use a Logitech camera at work, but I didn't want to spend another $100 on another camera. So I got this one and was very pleasantly surprised. Given that I compared it to my high-end Logitech camera, it was amazing. The camera was immediately recognized by my computer and all I had to do was select the camera option for my next meeting. The picture was much better than my built-in camera. I recommend.
