I think they are quite large. I wear women's size 10 with a wide foot. So I ordered a large one. They were VERY large - 3-4 inches larger at the toe. Yes, that's the top of the shoe, so it's going to be big. But I could easily trip with that much toe room. My heel didn't stay in place either. (You will be a little flexible if you don't fill them in). Even though I could tighten the strap over my foot, I floated in it. I always find it difficult to find a boot that is wide enough, but they certainly are! They looked like they were very well made and I can't say enough bad things about them. Odorless, durable and excellent seam! I hope this helped.
