PitVisit's online store is where I made a purchase not too long ago, and I have to say that the entire process was a complete and utter nightmare for me. To begin, the website is incredibly difficult to understand and navigate due to its complex design. It took me an interminable amount of time to locate the components I required, and when I did so, the checkout procedure was a complete and utter catastrophe. To make a bad situation even worse, when I finally got the components in the mail, they were the incorrect ones. I attempted to get in touch with the company's customer support in order to get this matter resolved, but I was unable to reach anyone. I tried reaching out to you via a number of different mediums, including email and telephone, but I never heard back from you. After waiting on hold for more than an hour, I was finally able to speak to a representative, but they were incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to assist me in any way. In the end, I had no choice but to send the components back and look for a new supplier, which was an extremely inconvenient process. In general, I do not think anyone should shop at the internet store that PitVisit provides. The website is difficult to navigate, there is no provision for providing customer support, and the advertised features of the products are not accurate. Find another provider for your automobile requirements to spare yourself the headache and save yourself some time.
