The mug is so cute. I love design and concept! The cover does not hold very well, so it is dangerous to use it on the move due to its play. I went back and checked and there is no place in the description describing it for travel. Perhaps its purpose is not to use it on the go. My biggest gripe, however, relates to this part of its description: The INSULATED DOUBLE WALL construction keeps the mug from getting too hot to touch, while the interior keeps tea warmer for longer than a traditional mug. The mug is definitely too hot to touch. I have a ceramic coffee mug that was a lot cheaper and the thermal insulation is phenomenal. I couldn't even pick this thing up after pouring water into it. I had to put a cup of kuzi over it so I could handle it. This was the most disappointing part of this order.
