I live in central Texas where the weather is hot and the dew point and relative humidity are high. Last summer I blew out the condensate lines in my Trane system, used a heavy duty factory vacuum and a custom made condensate line fitting and bought two different brands of condensate line cleaning cartridges. Nothing worked. The water leaked through my exercise mat, went through the wall, and through my garage. My main air conditioner leaked water into my main bathroom. A mechanic recently told me I needed a new system. It just seemed crazy not to see if we could clear the lines. Luckily I found this product and I regret not starting here. Straight out of the box, from my house. I pulled out a bunch of dirt. Then I went outside and changed the faucet to let the mud and debris through and I couldn't believe what was happening. There was some resistance at first, but then it erupted. A pile of mud and rubble. The warm water tinted pink and slowly poured out then pulled out - went through with ease, rinsing out more dirt and condensation cleaners which I regularly add to my line. YAY! Did the same on my main AC and voila! This too has been deleted. THAT'S IT. I love this product. I will tell everyone at work about this as I have asked people if I should clean my condensate line. It's heavy, easy to clean, and worth every penny. I really need to buy silicone lube to get it working. Also, shipping should take 4 days. Delivered in 2 days. I'm so excited I can hardly stand it and my big fluffy double coat dogs are thankful for a cooler home.
