I ordered this product because it said it would fit my laptop. I also liked the L connector and it was the only connector shaped like this. Didn't bother to look at the pictures or anything after reading the description and seeing that it works for my computer. Well I had to. When the product arrived the plug was the wrong size. I went back online and confirmed that it would work with my computer. Instead of contacting them I was just frustrated and moved on as I saw it as a loss. For reference, the images and description of the product (other than my model number) were spot on. If I had taken the time to look and compare the rest of the description and photos instead of just checking the model number I would have known this was not the right product for me. asked how the goods. I then informed her that the end of the charger was the wrong size and that I would just go to Best Buy and buy the right one. Zoe quickly and without hesitation offered to replace it with the correct one. She did a little research and found a bug, *I guess it was fixed*, and she went out of her way to send out the correct replacement. This is the longer connector that comes with the laptop. I assume it doesn't exist as I can't find it anywhere. The replacement works great! Reasonably priced product, great shipping but what really sets this charger/product apart is the AMAZING customer service when they reviewed my experience and found me unsatisfied. I will continue to buy from them when I find a product I need, even if it's a bit bigger than the others for that reason! Great customer service is very important to me and I'm more than relieved by that. Thank you Zoe !
