Not waterproof

This switch is not waterproof and not even designed to be. The switch itself is not hermetic and the housing is not hermetic at the exit point of the wires. This is a normally open contact switch. My wiring came off the first time it got wet, which also happened the first time it was used. Do not buy if you need any type of waterproofing, this is for 100% dry use only.
