Review on Mentis by Shawn Jimenez

I like that it has an easy way for employees, managers & supervisors alike access employee information such as time sheets/leave requests etc without having too many steps required! It makes tracking down any needed info much easier than with other systems out there in this market space (at least so far). Also love how they have built-in alerts when someone submits their leave request or timesheet late - which helps keep things organized within my team's organization structure instead just going through emails every day looking at various different tabs trying figure stuff ouut myself!! There are some features we'd still prefer if added but not really enought major concerns since its been working great overall. Overall very satisfied using MENTISHRM system. !
