So I ordered a custom gaming PC from CyberPowerPC and when it arrived I was dismayed to find that the the case was the lighting was wired to the case's reset switch, not the board. When I checked the case LED control board, I found that it was an address board, but the connector that was supposed to connect to the motherboard was a 3-pin VDG (unused), while my motherboard was an Asus X490 -Plus is WiFi that uses 3-pin ARGB (VD-G) connectors. This cable allowed me to disconnect the reset button cable from the LED control board and connect my motherboard's ARGB connector directly to the case's LED controller VDG connector, and now the Asus Aura software controls that Housing properly together with the motherboard.
