4 pins serve as centers for 3 different sizes of dowel holes and cannot be moved so the handle may not be in the most comfortable spot depending on the size you are drilling. Also, I ordered an imperial unit and it had everything except one of the square fence nuts which was metric. The grips were imperial too, so they didn't work as is. The dowel holes are well centered and the bushings are deep enough to guide the drill bit, but they don't guarantee that the hole will be perpendicular to the surface; They are only guides. The fence is not heavy duty but for the price it is not suitable for commercial use. This is not a complete kit as it does not include drill bits, stops or centering pieces but the price reflects this.
