Order a size up?: my feedback

I love the look of the sneaker. I have neuropathy in my feet so I opted for a soft shoe with a round toe.It comes in mens sizes. I was careful to convert the size to a womans 8. I had to remove the cushion inside so it would fit. My toes are right at the tip. I'm guessing a size bigger would suffice, but I was also concerned about them looking like clown shoes if they were too big. A little dissapointed. It's hard to wear socks with them. I resorted to wearing a ped.

I love these shoes as I have really wide feet and it’s hard to find shoes to wear. They don’t last long for me but I order another pair. Recommend sizing up

I measured my foot at 26.5 cm before ordering, I usually wear a 10 or 41 and was sad to find my toe pushing too hard at the tip. I may try the 11 but fear it will be too big.
