ok so the original item for this plastic toilet was worn out so i searched amazon and found what i needed at one reasonable price It arrived quickly and was amazed that it was metal. Yes, it came with a plastic button with a locking nut, a metal stud rubber washer, and a grommet. It was easy to install, took about 15 minutes. Flexes so it doesn't rub against the inner tank anyway. It looks good and works great. Tysvm Revain team you always have what I need
