Ordered 5/6 for my son who wears 5T. They're a bit big for him, like a regular size 5 (he's tall and skinny. 5T usually offers extra length, not width). He loves her very much. It has kept him warm through many snow games and they should be good for next year as he has room to grow taller in good feet. I love Oshkosh!
