I really want to love them and give them five stars although I wish the handle was of better quality (heavier) to pull my very thick hair taut. Also the biggest problem is that they are too expensive to only ship five reels (and only three clips) with one handle, especially if they are not professional quality. To add insult to injury, if you just want to buy an extra set of reels, that's $25 for THREE reels! A set of just eight reels costs $65. I need at least twelve - that would be $90 for 11 videos. The quality does not justify the price! Honestly I think they would have sold out if the price was realistic. I would buy more but a hot roller set is much more economical. For that price I could buy two sets of good hot rolls!
