TERRIBLE! in my view

The webcam is not working. I called customer service and they were useless. Directed me back to the user manual which I followed but still didn't solve the problem. What are these people paid for? I didn't want to buy an ASUS product and had to listen to my intuition. Never. Choose HP or another company!
