I have mixed feelings about these boots. Firstly it's very durable, my daughter says it's comfortable and looks better than the pictures. On the other hand, my first order never arrived. Thanks to Best Buy, the money was refunded and I ordered it again. I ordered 1 size more than what my daughter uses for her sneakers but she told me it was small. I returned the first pair but when I add a larger size to my basket I see the price has gone up by £5. So I paid £5 more to get my daughter the right size and spent a lot of time ordering, collecting and returning.
