The balm got stuck in the cap! suitable for lip care
lip balm works well. if not stuck in a hat! I was unable to use 2/3 of the lip balms I received as 2/3 of the lip balms had lip balm stuck in the cap. Also, these lip balms appear to be much thinner than the usual diameter. I've been using this lip balm for over a year now and I usually buy it through Bath & Body Works. However, I decided to give Amazon a try because of its convenience. I will not be buying again as I paid an exorbitant amount of money for just ONE usable lip balm.
