Recently updated the firmware. It was difficult, but the improvement was overwhelming. It works much better, even the iOS app is almost perfect. I have a lot of experience with ZINK many years ago. Anyhow, it was an impressive performance. Hope it gets better with time. It's gotten better, but not perfect yet. This is an inexpensive color label printer. I think the resolution is very high. The writing is even, without jags. The colors are beautiful and pleasant. This is not a replacement for a photo printer. I use it on my iPhone XS with no problems. I would have preferred a Bluetooth 5.0 connection over WiFi as I have to switch to Brother's WiFi while using it. It can also be configured on a PC - I haven't tried it yet. There are other color label printers, but these are used commercially and are very expensive. ZINK has been selling exactly the same printer under its own name for several years. I hope Brother will help improve this product with improved drivers and software. I think it's a big deal for a brother who has this product. That makes it mainstream! Thank you brother and ZINK!
