I literally have at least a dozen different labeling machines and use one almost every day. When I saw this product I had to own it. I was hoping to print some high resolution color labels. I was very disappointed with this model. I usually only use the Brother P-Touch Editor for Windows. The software for this model is not up to date. I tried to print the logo with some transparency and the transparency only prints in white regardless of the background color of the label. I had to edit the logo

The idea behind this small label printer is great, but like anything new, there is definitely room for improvement. If a half star was available for the rating I would give this a 3 1/2 star but it's definitely closer to 4 stars than 3 as I didn't have a choice in between.
