2003 Ford Expedition 4x4 5.4L Eddie Bauer Edition. This product is very similar to the OEM and did the job. However, the diameter of the hose at the end of the oil cooler is too small to fit an OEM oil cooler. The OEM oil cooler has a large ledge around it for the hose to slide over. The diameter of the tubing on this line is too small to fit. Even with the grille removed, the oil cooler is in a bad place to try to leverage it to begin with. I unbolted the oil cooler to get a better angle/power and also lubricated the inner diameter of the hose. After much effort, it just couldn't go away. It's annoying as hell when something so simple and stupid becomes a test like this. So I finally took the oil cooler to the workbench and used a file to trim off the overhang. Then I could put on the hose. The next size hose and an inch more length would help a lot.
