I like that they have an app for all devices so you do not need to go between platforms while working out. The program is very customizable which makes it easy to use. You can also set up reminders if needed. It has been difficult at times to find the correct exercises to work with my schedule. Make sure you know what you are doing before signing up for this service because there may be other options available in the future without having to pay monthly fees. We were looking for something affordable where we could workout together as a family. This was perfect! With this system, our entire family can exercise together without spending time going from one place to another trying to figure out how to get everything done.
