Instant Pot cake baking

I ordered the springform cake pan to make Japanese pancakes in my Instant Pot. The first pan arrived with a large chip in the glass bottom and after contacting the seller was replaced very quickly, but the new pan also has a chip in the glass bottom but it is much smaller so I am keeping this one and just accepting the fact it has a chip. I've used it twice now to cook pancakes in the instant pot and it does work wonderfully! Cakes are the hardest thing to cook in your instant pot but this springform pan makes it much much easier to do succesfully! The silicone form just peels off the cake and then you can use a spatula to lift it off the glass bottom. Very nice cake pan! Just be sure to use the trivet that came with your Instant pot under the cake pan when cooking and your cakes will come out perfectly!
