I bought a new car and found the seat belt was too tight. I've always annoyed how the seat belts cut through my neck and pulled my right thigh into the attachment mechanism. I thought there was a solution somewhere. (Adjusting the height of the strap didn't help with the tension). These little clips are the perfect solution. I put the clip where the strap comes from while riding and don't feel too much tension. The clip holds the belt in place, it is easy to attach and detach. I remove the clip so I can tuck the belt away, but I unclip it every time I ride.
