A little difficult to clean but worth it.
I've used this a lot. In the oven and on the grill. Never stopped impressing me. The shrimp are always perfect. Just follow the instructions and preheat. The only drawback is the cleaning. I use a 1/2" bottle brush and have no problems. Also with any cast iron, even though it says it's pre-aged. I always season it a few more times. It's not that hard to do.
