I've only used it once but it was a resounding success. Marinated shrimp briefly with a little olive oil and herbs and then used this pan on the grill. My only complaint about the pan is that it's difficult to lift when hot on the grill. The seller sent it to me very quickly and I have no complaints. I would buy from this seller again.

I've used this a lot. In the oven and on the grill. Never stopped impressing me. The shrimp are always perfect. Just follow the instructions and preheat. The only drawback is the cleaning. I use a 1/2" bottle brush and have no problems. Also with any cast iron, even though it says it's pre-aged. I always season it a few more times. It's not that hard to do.

Beautiful device for cooking and serving shrimps. I had a hard time browning the shrimp as the juices from the shrimp filled the cavities. However, you get evenly cooked shrimp that are delicious and don't need to be flipped. Preheating is required. Probably the biggest downside is that it's a little painful to clean. You must use a brush to clean the cavities.

I wish this product had more stars. Perfect for what it was made for, frying (or baking) shrimp! I like to pre-cook the bacon in the oven until it's about half done. Then wrap each piece of shrimp in bacon and insert into the shrimp holes. Be sure to flip the shrimp after about 4 minutes so the bacon is browned on each side. Note. Toothpicks are NOT required for this product. The bacon will brown around the shrimp and won't fall off.

Cooked shrimp quick and easy. I love the easy to use design. The frying pan was delivered quickly and we seasoned it as stated on the packaging. As this was my first time using a pan I learned to do a few things differently like making sure the pan was heated to the 350 mark and making sure my marinade was applied quickly and correctly, so my grill case doesn't get lost. the heat needed to quickly cook shrimp. When cooking in an oven, it would be easier to control the temperature.

4 stars for the overall rating, since "taste" is included in the performance rating. I'm getting old and the prospect of breaking a tooth trying to bite off a piece of cast iron to test the taste doesn't appeal to me at all! 3 stars for ease of cleaning as cavities are definitely a cleaning challenge and ease of use gets 5 stars. All that outstanding business aside I think the skillet is a super good idea, I appreciate quality cast iron cookware, this skillet will work great for our purposes…
