4 stars for the overall rating, since "taste" is included in the performance rating. I'm getting old and the prospect of breaking a tooth trying to bite off a piece of cast iron to test the taste doesn't appeal to me at all! 3 stars for ease of cleaning as cavities are definitely a cleaning challenge and ease of use gets 5 stars. All that outstanding business aside I think the skillet is a super good idea, I appreciate quality cast iron cookware, this skillet will work great for our purposes; and our grandkids can keep using this thing when they're our age.
