Review on Electrohome Turntable Platter Mat - High Durability Black Silicone Design for Vinyl Record Players (PENTRP) by Josh Tadder

Great addition to my augmented reality player. I like how the silicone mat fits the disc and record. Adds some depth and detail that was missing from my previous felt rug. I also like the idea of a concave area for the sound center. I have a number of records that have a noticeable bulge under the label. This mat handles that with ease and lets the record lie perfectly flat. I had to adjust the turntables a bit as this mat is a bit heavier than my previous felt mat, but that's not a problem. The height of the rug is acceptable and no different than other rugs I have used and seen. Time will tell, but I believe the silicone construction will outlive any felt or cork carpet. The packaging was great. The rug was wrapped in a flat piece of cardboard to keep it from moving. This build came in a box big enough to hold flat with an air seal on top. Arrived in perfect condition. Ready to use.
